Terms & Conditions

• Cate Ruby orders will be shipped as soon as payment is received / cleared. Orders placed after 3.00pm Qld time will be processed the following day.
• If payment is not received within 7 days of your order date your order will be cancelled.
• All items are quoted in AUD and include GST.
• In the event stock is unavailable and you do not wish to wait for more stock to arrive, you will be refunded your full amount.
• RETURNS: Cate Ruby does not exchange or refund for change of mind. If your product arrives and is damaged please contact us www.cateruby.com.au immediately. You will then be instructed to return the damaged item for a replacement. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Cate Ruby does not ship outside Australia.
